Fee Payment Schedule
- •Fees are paid in advance, with Term 1 representing ~40% of the annual fee, and Terms 2 and 3 representing ~30% each
Refund Policy
- •In accordance with the KHDA framework, both existing and new pupil deposits will not be refunded if the pupil decides not to return to College or accept the place offered for the next academic year due to selection of another school in Dubai. However, the school may choose to refund the deposit under special circumstances.
- •If you are relocating outside of Dubai, under the KHDA Framework the deposit paid would be refunded. The College will ask for evidence of the move and this will need to be submitted to the Finance Office when requesting a refund. In the case of refund and recovery, the school fees will be calculated as follows as per Ministry of Education Bylaws:
- •If the pupil attends school for two weeks or less, a month’s school fees will be charged.
- •If the pupil attends school more than two weeks and less than one month, two months’ school fees will be charged.
- •If the pupil attends school for two weeks or less, a month’s school fees will be charged.
- •If the pupil attends for more than a month, three months’ school fees will be charged.
- •In case the term is greater than 3 months then the above cycle will restart at the end of every 3 months.
- •The value of the fee per month is calculated by dividing the total tuition fees by 10.
