Fee Payment Schedule
- •Payments are split 40% (Term 1), 30% (Term 2), and 30% (Term 3).
Refund Policy
- •The registration and re-registration deposits are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances. These may include relocation to another country or Emirate, or other unforeseen situations beyond the family’s control.
- •Tuition fees paid before the commencement of the academic year are refundable, with only the registration or re-registration deposit deducted.
- •Refunds for students withdrawing after the start of the academic year are calculated as follows:
- •If the student has attended for two weeks or less, one month’s fees will be deducted.
- •If the student has attended for more than two weeks but less than one month, two months’ fees will be deducted.
- •If the student has attended for over one month, the full term’s fees will be deducted.
- •Refunds are calculated from the start of the term and the date of the parent’s official written request for withdrawal, not from the date the student stops attending. Days on the school register are counted as attendance days.
