Fee Payment Schedule

•Tuition fees are to be paid by three installments as follows:
•➤ The first installment in August of every year is (33%) of the total annual school fees after deducting re-registration fees or registration fees paid.
•➤ The second installment, on 1 st December of every year, is (33%) of the total annual school fees.
•➤ The third installment on 1 st February of every year, is (34%) of the total annual school fees.
•➤ The second and third installments must be paid via two post-dated checks dated 1 st December & 1 st February to be submitted along with the first installment in August of each year.
•In all instances where the parent's employer or any other party will be directly covering the tuition fees on the parent's behalf, the “Undertaking from Employer to Pay Tuition Fees” form must be completed. This form is available at the Registration & Accounts Department.

Refund Policy

•Registration and Re-registration Fees
•If the parent paid the tuition fees in full and decides to withdraw before the start of the academic year, the parent is entitled to refund the paid tuition fees, provided that the registration or re-registration fees are deducted.
•The registration fee is refundable if the parent formally notifies the school of their intention to cancel the enrollment at least 60 calendar days prior to the school's start date.
•The registration fee is non-refundable if the parent formally notifies the school of their intention to cancel the enrollment less than 60 calendar days prior to the school's start date.
•Withdrawal at the Beginning of the Academic Year
•➤ If the student was registered at the school for two weeks or less, one-month fees will be deducted.
•➤ If the student was registered at the school for a period between two weeks and one month, two months' fees will be deducted.
•➤ If the student was registered at the school for more than a month, three months' fees will be deducted.
